*Job Title: *Junior Mechanical Engineer *General Summary* This position will provide entry level administrative support to the Mesa Energy Services engineering team.
The Junior Engineer will apply their engineering education to support Senior Engineers and Directors.
This position will be presented with a diverse range of projects found in the healthcare and higher education markets.
*Principal Duties and Responsibilities* * The Jr.
Engineer will perform a variety of tasks assigned by senior engineers and director.
* Assist the project engineer in conducting job site survey and gathering information.
* Assist in the company’s project improvement process by refining calculation spreadsheet templates, updating measure descriptions, and collecting supporting documentation for various projects to be used as references for future projects.
* Attend audits with Sr.
Engineers to provide support as needed including equipment identification, photos, etc.
* Other duties include copying/printing, assistance in preparing proposals and other tasks as assigned.
*Job Specifications* (incl.
Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.
) * Senior college student or recently graduated engineer in Mechanical or Energy Engineering.
* 1 year experience in HVAC Design * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and other related programs.
* Computer savvy, with advanced knowledge of computers and handling software.
* Willing and able to understand and learn new programs.
* Working knowledge with energy simulation software.
