DELMIAWorks, a brand of Dassault Systemes, was born on the shop floor and has been evolving for over 30 years to become a leader in MES and ERP software for manufacturers.
Our software helps run almost all aspects of a manufacturing business; from quoting to shipping, business financials to cost accounting, and communicating with the manufacturing machines.
DELMIAWorks is looking for a motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team in Paso Robles, CA.

· As the Operations Coordinator, the primary function is to provide assistance to the EDI (electronic data interchange – exchanging business info in a standardized digital format) and Data Services Team with a variety of business tasks
· Work directly with the EDI and Data Services Department in building and delivering quotes and proposals to clients for costs associated with service requests
· Process Purchase Orders and facilitate the communication between customers and DELMIAWorks staff as it pertains to the services offered by the Support Services organization
· Schedule customer projects and delegate to team members for development
· Manage the delivery of Support Services projects and approve associated invoices
· Utilize strong project management skills in order to organize and schedule meetings between customers and DELMIAWorks personnel
· Provide regular reporting of various team metrics to the EDI and Data Services Department leadership
· The EDI Coordinator is regularly called on to perform one-off and unique administrative tasks for the EDI and Data Services department
· Performs other job-related duties as required
Qualifications
· Education requirements: A minimum of a HS Diploma, AA or BS preferred
· 1+ years of experience working in a professional office environment in a support role
· Demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
· Proficient in MS Office Professional tools and general office administration tools (CRM, Outlook, Databases, etc.
)
· Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and manage multiple projects applying strong time management skills
· Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
· Ability to work in a fast pace environment and deliver quality solutions under pressure
· Detail-oriented with ability to adjust in a dynamic environment
· Be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
· Comfortable working across regions and cultures
· English proficiency is required
· Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team structure
The total expected compensation range for this role will be $45,000 - $65,000.
In determining the pay range, we take into consideration experience, pay of employees in similar positions, and other job-related factors
