Applicants must not have terminated a previous rental agreement with an outstanding balance.
9.
Applicants must not have any liens, judgments, or lawsuits exceeding $1,000 against them.
10.
No bankruptcies, foreclosures, or judgments within the past three years.
11.
Applicants must not have circumstances likely to result in rent default within 60 days.
12.
A favorable recommendation from a third-party tenant screening report is required.
