Currently looking for candidate to be willing to work late/evening shift anytime between 1 pm to 11 pm, with ability to be flexible with needed scheduling.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in guest service or customer service roles preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel reservation software is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and diplomacy
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with night audit procedures is an advantage
- Ability to recieve CPR certification upon hire
- Ability to receive Visit SLOCAL Welcome Ambassador certification upon hire
