*Customer Service Representative (CSR) *
Our expsnding insurance agency is looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded individual to join our successful customer service team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for servicing our Auto, Life, Health & Home insurance business.
We are a fast-paced insurance agency and need a goal-orientated, hard-working individual to help us expand our market share.

*Responsibilities:*
* Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
* Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
* Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
