As a Roving Support Staff (Job Coach Rover) in our Client Services Department, you will provide support and training in various program and work settings, helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals.

THE SCHEDULE FOR THIS POSITION VARIES EACH WEEK- MUST BE AVAILABLE ON THE WEEKENDS
Responsibilities
Provide continuous instructions for work specific to vocational growth and training objectives that correspond with abilities and development.
Execute and monitor contract requirements to ensure quality of workmanship and customer expectations are being satisfied.
Adhere to internal operating procedures, including preparing documents of daily cash records, inventory records, and daily deposit of cash receipts.
Learn the operations of multiple locations and work with a variety of individuals, adjusting to the group's needs.
Qualifications
Current California driver's license (driving is required for this position)
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation to work.
Obtain a high school diploma or GED
Patience, compassion, and ability to be a role model for adults with disabilities
Flexibility with work schedules and ability to work according to the need
Compensation
Anticipated hiring range is $18.
50 per hour plus benefits and perks.
(*Full salary schedule range is $19.
00-$21.
00 per hour)
