On-Site Community Association Manager – Quail Run Estates (Paso Robles, CA) Quail Run Senior Estates is looking for an On-Site Community Association Manager a non-profit common interest development for homeowners aged 55 or older.
This manager will be responsible for the management and support of maintenance and administrative staff including, but not limited to the daily operations of the park which includes regular interaction with and support of Board of Directors members, homeowners, vendors, meeting attendance, budget preparation, and overall community business management.
The ideal candidate should possess: Previous HOA experience Strong leadership skills Great communication skills A multi-tasker Monday through Friday 30 – 40 hours per week Pay DOE Benefits; 3% salary contribution to simple IRA.
Qualifications: Previous experience as a Community Manager of similar onsite resort style HOA community Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required Understands and can operate technology programs such as Zoom, Go to Meeting HOA Management Credentials a plus Supervisory skills Job Duties: Efficient and professional oversight of daily operations Staff development and supervision Maintain a full working knowledge of all applicable State and Federal Regulations pertaining to common interest communities and of the governing documents of the Association Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the Association Board of Directors, Committees and staff Implements Board(s) policy and directives within the scope of the management contract Facilitate long-term planning of the Association and refine, as required Attend Board of Director and committee meetings as needed Apply today and become part of our team!
