Established Songwriter Needs Creative Producer, Engineer, or Beatmaker (Pismo Beach)

I am singer/songwriter looking for someone to help me record my indie pop/alt-rock songs and make them the best they can possibly be.
I have a lot of vocal recording/guitar/bass experience but my engineering and drum creation skills are not great.
I do play drums as well if needed but would rather stick to creating them digitally.
I need someone who wants to really dig into every part of every song and help me bring creative ideas to fruition to make the songs stand out with originality and authenticity.
I don't care how much experience you have or what kind of gear you have, if you have a passion for music, love creating modern-sounding songs, and you are dedicated and reliable, then I would love to sit down and talk.
And if you have song ideas, I would love to work on those as well.
I am willing to pay you for your help and, once the songs are recorded, would definitely want to start talking about how we can play them live.
