Recluse looking for quiet privacy (Paso Robles)

I have a potential job offer at the Allegretto, but I don't drive.
I'm looking for something within walking distance to the hotel.
I know this is pretty unlikely.
I don't need much.
I'd happily live in an attic or converted garage.
Mostly just care about proximity to work and being left alone.
I'd also prefer to not live with or around dogs, but cats are fine.
I'd also like to have access to a decent kitchen.
I haven't been able to cook in some time and I miss it.
I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, or do anything but be a quiet nerdy gaming accountant.
If you have or know or something that would be suitable for me, please let me know.
