Looking for an unfurnished room or studio (San Luis Obispo/Morro Bay/Arroyo Grande areas)

Hi - I am a single woman who would love to find a long term rental that is an unfurnished, quiet room with an attached bath or a studio.
I do not have any pets or children; no drinking or drug use; responsible; stable; friendly; kind; tend to keep to myself at home.
It would be great if there was a washer/dryer for tenant use.
