I'm a mid-30's gal looking for a roommate to share a 2br+ apartment or home.
I have a lead on a 3 br/ 2 bath home with a garage (w/d included) and big raised beds in the back for gardening.
The 3rd bedroom is on the smaller side, and would make a nice office, which I would use or we could share.
The house is in Edna Valley, about 5 mins drive from the closest grocery store.
I keep it pretty mellow during weeknights, and like to do projects around the house or hike or travel on weekends.
Friends have described me as grounded, easy to talk to, a plant nerd, and handy around the house.
I love to cook at home, with music in the background, have friends over occasionally for meals and board games, and I keep my space and the common spaces clean.
I don't have any pets or houseplants at the moment, but I'm keen to have both in the near future.
