Hello.
I am looking for a room to rent.
I'm not looking for anything fancy just something that will work.
I need something soon.
I can afford $500 to $700 or so.
Any part of San Luis Obispo County would work but something in Grover Beach would be ideal.
I'm very quiet and respectful of other people's space.
I would look forward to hearing about anything you might have.
I also do electrical work; carpentry, painting, metal work, (fabrication), welding, some plumbing and general handyman services, if you need anything done around your home.
