I am looking for a room to rent and/or trade for work.
Looking for a place that needs work done around your property.
I have years of experience doing electrical, carpentry, metal fabrication, welding, blacksmithing, painting, some plumbing, some tile, some roofing, drywall, fences, decks, etc.
I am a self-starter and really good at knowing what to do without anyone telling me.
I like to do nice work also.
I am 43 years old and have lived in S.
L.
O County for most of my life.
I'm quiet, respectful, drug and alcohol free and I'm a Christian if that helps or not.
