It is an all girls house on Chaplin Ln with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, large living room and kitchen, nice backyard, and only a 3 minute walk from Cal Poly’s campus.
There will be a washer and dryer, 2 refrigerators, and a dishwasher available for use.
There is driveway and street parking available as well as a huge garage for storage.
The single room is $520 per month + utilities split between 1 roommate.
$250 Security deposit (refundable).
