Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a carpenter .
As a carpenter, you will be responsible for various tasks related to framing, drywall, fixture installation, masonry, assembly, and more ( electrical and plumbing experience is a plus).
This is an exciting opportunity to work in the restoration industry and showcase your expertise in a variety of areas.
Responsibilities:
- Perform drywall installation and repair work
- Install and assemble fixtures, including electrical components
- Conduct masonry work, such as bricklaying and stucco application
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Assist with electrical work as needed
- Restore damaged areas to their original condition
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of framing through drywall installation and repair techniques
- Proficiency in fixture installation and assembly
- Not required but a plus if you have experience in masonry work, including bricklaying and stucco application
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring
- Familiarity with the restoration industry is a plus
