*General Duties*
*Oversees our company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
In addition, coordinates daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and records payments and adjustments.

*Qualifications*
- Customer service and professional manner are an absolute must
-Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of general ledger accounting principles
- Proficiency in using accounting software QuickBooks
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for account analysis and reconciliation
- Knowledge of technical accounting procedures and best practices
- Familiarity with governmental accounting regulations is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, tenants, and team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and integrity in handling financial information
