Local business looking to add a part-time person to office staff.
We are looking for a part-time Property Clerk
This position has 18-25 hours per week.
Core hours between M-F 9am-6pm
Tryout is at $18.
00 per hour (Tryout is 160 hours max), job currently pays between $19.
00 and $22.
00 per hour in job depending on experience, time on job and responsibilities assumed.
We will train the right candidate.
Looking for an independent, self-starter who appreciates working for a local small business and appreciates being an important part of the picture.
Prefer familiarity with Excel, but will train if needed.
Responsibilities would include speaking directly with tenants and helping resolve issues, taking payments, processing rental agreements and other general office work.
