We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented candidate to join our corporate office team.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and pay vendor invoices.
Reconcile monthly statements.
• HR Assistant; Employee onboarding.
Review/correct timecards.
Calculate commissions.
Process semi-monthly payroll.
• Check-in new inventory.
• Process DMV for sold units.
• Reconcile daily cash and credit card transactions.
Qualifications:
• Proven office experience, preferably in a dealership or automotive industry.
• Proficient in accounting software, payroll software, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
