*Job Description:* Cameron & Moresco CPAs, LLP, a boutique CPA firm specializing in tax compliance and strategic planning, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Staff/Senior Accountant to join our team.
As a Staff/Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the preparation of individual, business, and trust income tax returns for our diverse client base.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Preparation of accurate and timely individual, business, and trust income tax returns for clients.
* Collaboration with team members to ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
* Creation of organized and detailed workpapers in support of all tax filings.
* Maintenance of detailed records and documentation related to tax filings.
* Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate advice to clients.
*Requirements:*
* 3-5 years of relevant work experience in income tax return preparation.
* Licensed CPA or EA (Enrolled Agent) is a plus.
* Proficiency with CCH Profx tax preparation software is desirable.
* Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* High level of professionalism and integrity.
