We are looking for a Bookkeeper/Accountant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties of the Bookkeeper/Accountant include providing support to our managers and employees, payroll, and managing our company’s general accounting activities.
Bookkeeper/Accountant responsibilities include data entry and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
The ideal candidate is located within close proximity of Paso Robles, speaks Spanish, and has experience performing accounting functions.

*Responsibilities*
* *Accounting and Data Entry:* log transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, utilize accounting software, record and review journal entries, invoicing, creating reports and spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
* *Clerical Duties:* answer phone calls, incoming mail, maintain filing system, scan and photocopy documents, and prepare reports
* *Customer Service:* communicate with vendors and customers about invoices and payments by email or phone
* *Other Duties:* payroll, act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, requests and queries from executives and senior managers, run errands
*Skills*
* Knowledge of accounting processes and procedures
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ex: Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
* Attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Pay: $50,000.
