We are a local commercial real estate company looking for a bookkeeper/office assistant to join our team.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while being very detail-oriented.
The right candidate will need to possess strong organizational skills and problem solving skills.
Required Skills:
Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles with at least 3 years experience with QuickBooks, Word and Excel.
Solid written and communication skills.
Must be organized, work efficiently, and be flexible in managing priorities.
A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail.
Professional in appearance and demeanor
Real Estate experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
Bookkeeping Responsibilities:
Process and pay monthly bills of multiple entities.
Process monthly statements to tenants.
Process monthly rents from multiple entities.
Record auto payments made to utility companies.
Reconcile monthly bank statements
Process accounts receivable and payable
Salary: $20.
00 - $25.
00 per hour depending on experience.
