Bookkeeper

```Job Summary``` We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team.
As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and assisting with various financial tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
```Responsibilities``` - Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes - Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Prepare financial reports and statements for management review - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting principles - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues - Assist with year-end audits and tax preparations as needed ```Experience``` - Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or related field - Proficient in using QuickBooks, - Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and practices - Experience with general ledger reconciliation and account reconciliation - Previous experience in payroll and restaurant accounting a plus If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and possess excellent analytical skills, we would love to hear from you.
