Outpatient physical therapy office has an opening for a full time front office receptionist at our Atascadero office.
The goal of Central Coast Physical Therapy is give quality care to our patients.
Physical therapy is intended to restore physical health, quality of life and overall wellness to the patient, while minimizing the risk of injury or illness in the future.
We are looking for an outgoing personality with excellent people skills.
Responsibilities: • Ability to multitask.
• Computer literate, proficient with electronic health care systems, Microsoft Office products, email, etc.
and ability to pick up on any software programs.
• Must be highly organized and pay great attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must exercise good judgment and make competent decisions.
• Prior medical office and medical software experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual also preferred but not required.
