Assistant Property Manager (Vintage at SLO) (San Luis Obispo)

WinnCompanies is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team in San Luis Obispo, CA.
In this role, you will assist the Property Manager and Senior Property Manager in managing all aspects of a 105-unit, Market Rent property including Leasing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Service Requests, and Exceptional Customer Service.
This position offers a pay range of $23.
00 to $24.
00 hourly.
The selected candidate will typically work Tuesday through Saturday, from 9:00AM to 6:00PM, with an occasional Monday flex schedule.
