The Opportunity:
We're seeking a part-time Office Helper to join our team! This role offers flexible hours (18-30 hours/week) to fit your needs, whether you're a student, managing a first job, or juggling kids' schedules.
Responsibilities:
• Organize construction documents, building plans, and historical files
• Maintain order in storage areas
• Run errands as needed
• Assist with general office tasks
• Undertake special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
• Positive and upbeat attitude with a willingness to learn
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a steady work ethic
• Driver's license with a clean driving record
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Bonus Points:
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in property management or construction
