Bilingual English/Spanish Administrative Assistant is needed to perform a variety of general administrative and clerical tasks to support successful operations at a growing staffing & recruiting firm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Provide a positive first impression to clients, customers, and the general public.
Greet persons entering the office, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
•Operate multi-line telephone system, utilizing English and Spanish language skills to answer, screen, and forward calls, provide information or take messages, and schedule appointments.
•Maintain a positive image in the reception area by keeping a neat and orderly workspace.
•Hear and resolve complaints from clients, temporary employees, and the general public.
•Provide information about the Company and/or services provided.
•Perform administrative support tasks such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and operating computers to work with records and other documents.
•Assist job applicants with completion of application process, including providing information about the process, troubleshooting computer errors, and answering questions.
•Dispense and track employee timecards.
•File and maintain records, including the set-up of files for new clients and applicants.
•Contact candidates about job opportunities and assist with job placements as needed.
•Other duties as assigned by Branch Manager or Staffing Coordinator.
SKILLS:
•Bilingual English/Spanish literacy.
Written and verbal.
•1+ years of experience in an administrative role desired.
Experience in the Human Resources field a plus.
•Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
•Able to organize work and prioritize tasks to accomplish goals within deadlines.
•Strong technical skills with ability to use common office equipment & software programs such as MS Office.
•Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
•Ability to tolerate stressful situations and work in a team environment.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with the highest integrity.
ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE:
The anticipated work schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Overtime as necessary to meet business needs.
PAY RATE:
$22 - $25/hour DOE
