PathPoint, a leader in supporting people with disabilities and mental health diagnoses in living the life they choose, is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Luis Obispo, CA.
In this role, you'll use your organizational and interpersonal skills to help ensure smooth office operations by taking on a variety of administrative projects.
We're looking for a resourceful individual with a "no task is too big or too small" mentality and a desire to use their skills to make a difference every day.
This is a part-time position for 25-29 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Compensation: This is an hourly, non-exempt position starting at $17.
00-$18.
00 per hour.
The pay range is $16.
00-$23.
74* an hour.
*The pay range is subject to change based on a variety of factors, and the maximum pay represents the wage potential based on attaining the highest level of position experience, talent, and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for all callers and visitors.
Open and distribute daily incoming mail.
Maintain various databases and e-filing systems.
Manage inventory of office and program supplies.
May assist with various Human Resources projects, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and onboarding new employees.
Assist with different accounting functions such as bank deposits and reconciliations.
Position Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service approach.
Professional verbal and written communication.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Must have a valid California driver's license and satisfactory driving record for completing errands in SLO area.
