JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS:

Must be friendly and willing to work in a customer-facing position.
This job mostly involves answering phones, processing paperwork, filing, showing properties to prospects, and other administrative tasks that the office manager will distribute.
You will be assigned specific tasks and held responsible for completing those tasks along with other members of the team, who all report to a single manager.

HOURS: Hours are 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break from Noon to 1 pm.

COMPENSATION: $20/hr plus health care (available after 60 days), dental/vision (available after 90 days), paid time off (accrue immediately but not available for use during first 90 days), paid holidays (available immediately), and a 401k retirement plan with employer matching options (after 90 days).
