Job Description and Duties
Under the general supervision of the Staff Services Manager II, the Administrative Officer oversees all administrative matters at the Los Padres Center and plans, organizes, and directs all administrative and staff services activities including payroll, safety, training, employee/employer relations, service and supply, duplication, property management, contracts, telephone and reception, vehicle fleet, building management, files, and mail services.
Estimates projected expenses and reviews/oversees the day-to-day maintenance of the Center’s budget.
