Hello! I'm a 25 year old women working fulltime remotely while taking night classes.
Preferably, I am looking for another women roommate.
The house is fully furnished and newly renovated.
We are about less than a mile away from the beach and about a 5 minute walk from the local grocery store.
The room for rent is also fully furnished but, we can take anything out you don't need or want.
There is also a full backyard with a fireplace.
The utilities the tenants will be responsible for is water, trash (every other month), and internet.
