Hot Water Heater (Grover Beach)

What is it worth to someone.
I thought it was leaking so I changed it but when I changed it I think it was just the hoses that were leaking because the washers were falling apart so I put new washers in them before hooking up the new one?????? Or does anyone sell them for the metal? Make an offer and if it sounds good I will let you know.
It still looks as good as new.
