Construction Estimator Needed for mid-size construction company.
Project Types: New Houses, Remodels & Additions, Light Commercial, non-Prevailing Wage jobs
Duties: Put together bid packages, Send out RFQ's to sub-contractors, Respond to RFI's, Track down sub-contractor quotes, review quotes for accuracy, input into bidding platform, and other estimating duties.
Doing light takeoff's of plans for self performed duties and sub-contractor price checking.
You will be working directly with the owner who has 30 year experience.
Required Experience: Understanding Plans, Understanding scope to complete project, construction experience.
Preferred Experience but not required: Working with bid management programs and take off programs, 15+ years experience in estimating.
