Rugged Radios is a locally renowned manufacturer specializing in communication products designed for high-noise environments.
Our clientele primarily includes individuals utilizing two-way radio communication products for both recreational and business purposes, spanning a range of activities such as on and off-road recreational vehicles, off-road racing, motocross, circle track racing, industrial applications, educational settings, agriculture, fire, police, and aviation.
Expectations:
Start as a full-time temp-to-hire (After the temp-to-hire period, transition to a full-time sales rep with a base salary and commissions).
Available for occasional off-site sales at trade shows or off road races (Expenses covered).
Engage in telephone, email, and in-person retail sales, with a focus on social selling skills for customer outreach.
Essential Skillsets:
Minimum 2 years of B2B and or B2C sales experience in Powersports, off-road, automotive, or related industry.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Shopify software platforms
Familiarity with Social Media particularly Instagram and Facebook along with and understanding of SEO, keyword searches and Google Analytics.
Proven interpersonal skills, establishing strong connections with customers, staff, and management.
Demonstrated aptitude for sales, combining effective telephone skills with the retention of technical product knowledge.
Highly organized, adept at managing multiple projects with shifting priorities.
