Position Overview: Sales Representative
Expectations:
Start as a full-time temp-to-hire, transitioning to a full-time sales rep post temp period.
Maintain base hourly rate and earn commissions on gross sales.
Available for occasional off-site sales at trade shows or off-road races (expenses covered).
Engage in telephone, email, and some in-person retail sales, with a focus on social media.
Essential Skillsets:
Minimum 2 years of B2B and/or B2C sales experience in Powersports, off-road, automotive, or related industry.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Shopify software platforms.
Familiarity with Social Media, particularly Instagram and Facebook, along with an understanding of SEO, keyword searches, and Google Analytics.
Proven interpersonal skills, demonstrating an aptitude for sales.
