*About the Role* Under the direction of Pediatric Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) you will: * Receive training on how to deliver life-changing care to kids with a variety of developmental conditions * Work with team of world-class clinicians * Provide behavioral services to kiddos in the home and community-based settings * Collect clinical data on a regular basis to support BCBAs in their care plans * Train caregivers to implement BCBA-developed careplans * Implement Applied Behavior Analysis as a part of a multi-specialty care team * Attend meetings & trainings regarding client’s behavior services as necessary We are dedicated to helping our employees grow and excel in their careers, and we offer the opportunity to become a rising Behavior Analyst.

*Requirements* Applicant must have: * Obtained high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred with coursework in behavior analysis or other related field) * Completed or willing to complete 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician Course work * Obtained or willing to obtain recertification of RBT training annually\* * Completed or willing to complete all necessary Medicaid Waiver training and documents\* * Reliable transportation \*Bonuses paid upon completion of certification materials Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Pay: $20.
