The Boys & Girls Clubs of South San Luis Obispo County is seeking applicants to be part of our team.
We provide young people with a safe place to go before and after school.
We seek to ensure that all kids, especially those who need us most, have a positive and enriching experience, putting them on the path to success.

*Primary Function*: Implements youth development activities in the areas of STEM, academic and physical education enrichment programs.
Duties also include but are not limited to: creating lesson plans, facilitating enrichment classes, supervising youth all while being a positive role model.
*Qualifications*:
· Available Monday to Friday for our Before & After School Programs
· Available Monday through Friday for our out-of-school programs (Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring Breaks) to meet the
needs of our business
· This is an in-person; year-round position
· Available to attend our mandatory trainings
· Reliable Transportation with insurance required; ability to get to all our Club sites
· Experience working with children required
· Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems required
· Ability to communicate with youth and peers required
· Ability to plan and implement quality programs for youth required
· Ability to organize and supervise youth members in a safe and fun environment required
· Can furnish proof that you are over 18 years of age
· Mandatory CPR and First Aid certifications current required
· Current TB Test required
· Complete the Basic Skill Test or Proof of 60 College Units required
· Ability to pass a rigorous background check
