12/22: Female Empowerment Through Self Defense Striking

Learn how and where to strike an unexpected larger attacker.
This training is meant to prepare women for unlikely but unfortunately common situations of a man attacking and grabbing or holding or kidnapping a woman.
This course focuses on neutralizing your attacker with force, specifically targeted attacks to neutralize your attacker's ability to retaliate.
Certain training will focus specifically on the way to effectively strike an attacking man's groin, which is a very important and powerful tool in a woman's tool belt of self defense skills.
Trained and knowledgeable instructors will be available for one on one and group training.
The course will end with a full speed live demonstration of the skills and abilities.
Participants will be able to use force and striking to test what they've learned in a simulated but realistic scenario.
