Pocket Watch Elgin 1900s - $285 (San Luis Obispo)

This very decorated Elgin watch still works.
Lately, I've noticed that it starts and stops so maybe it needs a good cleaning.
These are markings found inside the case: "Providence W.
C.
CO.
warranted 20 years.
Patent Pinion, KK479".
Numbers inside casing 608990, 1133809.

When I did that, the information revealed: Case is "hunting case" and it has 15 jewels.
Some of the pictures look like silver but it's gold and I think it may even have some real gold plating, but I can't verify that.
