We are a local non-profit looking to rent out a fantastic space on one of our properties.
The space is approximately 1,600 square feet and rent is $1,280/month.
We will be asking for a security deposit equal to one month’s rent.

It does not have a bathroom or running water in the unit, but it does have electrical outlets, lighting, and tons of space.
