My business has outgrown my office space, so I am considering sub leasing the existing space.

I can have all 4 rooms available if needed, and you can take over the lease.
Or you can take over the lease, and keep the sublease to help with cost.
Or you can sublease one or both offices from me.
$1000 for the two offices, less than $1600 for the entire lease ($800 of which is covered by the sublease).
Or break it up into $500 to sublease the smaller office, and $700 for the larger with a view.
The space is great for a realtor, bookkeeper, any small online business, to get your home office out of the house, mental health, chiropractor, accupuncture, massage, therapy.
