Navigation Device Host Needed

Hello! I’m looking for a host located in or close to San Luis Obispo to install a small device that provides navigation satellite information.
I will be paying you a fixed monthly/yearly fee in dollars or, if you wish, a percentage of the proceeds (fluctuates).
You will not be asked to pay anything.
You will only be installing a device at your location.
We will both sign a legal service contract.
We can also have it notarized if you like.
The device is small and is easy to install, mostly plug-and-play.
It consists of two parts.
The first is a small indoor router that requires a steady internet connection, through Wi-Fi, and power (barely any power consumption).
The second device is a small disc (antenna) that goes outdoor and requires only a clear view of the sky.
A long cable connects the two devices.
This device provides navigational data (GNSS) to a company that collects and sells this data to clients.
There will be no costs on your end, other than providing a steady internet connection and power.
After we sign the contract, I will be providing the device to your address and you only need to install it there.
I’m looking for a minimum of a one-year commitment, then perhaps month-to-month.
I'm looking to pay around ~$50/month for this service.
