We are looking for self-motivated, well-spoken, Moving Consultants.

You must have excellent communication; verbal, written, and strong grammar skills.
The ideal Candidate will be friendly, responsible, professionals with a desire to grow with our locally owned company.
Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Onsite training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls/ emails/ messages from new and current Clients
Respond in a timely manner to incoming requests
Verify and input accurate Client Move information into CRM
Provide real time estimates using scripts
Call/ email/ message Clients using the TME Sales Journey Model
Assist new and current Clients with questions, rescheduling, and concerns
Document all communication with Clients in the CRM
Report to the Manager any challenging scenarios and potential issues
Other related responsibilities may be assigned
Job-Requirements
Self-motivated, energetic, organized, trainable and reliable.
Ability to follow instructions while following your own critical thinking when needed.
CRM data entry and funnel management
Ability to build productive business professional partnerships.
Fluent English speaker
Tech savvy
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Previous phone Sales and/ or Customer Service experience a plus, but not required.
Full time position; flexible scheduling.
8AM to 5PM shifts
