Customer Service for Car Wash

· Informing and selling our Unlimited (ARM) Monthly Car Wash Plans · Explaining our Car Wash Experience, Fast, Friendly and Clean · Identifying vehicles with damage or access issue to carwash · Operating a POS (Point of Sales) terminal · Handling cash and credit cards accurately including filling out daily cash logs · Keeping office area and entrance area clean always · Opening carwash and following all procedures as outlined · Closing Carwash and following all procedures as outlined · Keeping towels cleaned and available to all customers · Properly greeting our customers using the Quiky Speech · Handling carwash damage claim and filling out claim forms correctly · Prepping cars prior to entering car wash tunnel · Emptying trash cans in parking lot · Cleaning tunnel walls and floors Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.
