The role of the Customer Service Representative is to serve as a liaison between customers, installers, and management.
This position is responsible for customer service, consultations, estimates, shop upkeep, and project management.
The individual hired for this position is a team player who enjoys working with customers and team members; excellent communication and a positive attitude is vital for this position.
*DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES* * Welcome guests and deliver 5-star service.
* Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner in person and over the phone.
* Use comprehensive knowledge of companies’ products and services to be able to handle sales, give estimates, schedule appointments, and coordinate projects.
* Learn company procedures and policies and be able to implement them in day-to-day operations.
* Check customers in and out, ensuring all details are covered and paperwork is completed.
* Create efficiencies in planning projects, scheduling, and assigning tasks.
* Shows commitment to the success of the company by continuously looking for ways to improve personal skills and the company as a whole.
* Assists management with quality control, ordering, correspondence, and hospitalities.
* Facilitates acquisition of materials and supplies for the team.
*OUTCOMES OF POSITION* * Every customer is taken through an appropriate check-in process and offered all applicable upsell and cross-sells.
* 12 positive customer online reviews per month generated by asking customers for online reviews and following up with them.
* Documents, follow-up notes, schedule, accounts receivable and project notes are organized and accessible * Getting back to clients within 2 business days of their inquiry, resulting in higher close rates.
* Filling holes in schedule by keeping sales pipeline full.
* Hit projected completion dates on shop projects.
* Client checkin and completion paperwork is completed prior to client arrival and pickup.
* Invoices include all billable hours and no service or product add-on has been missed.
