The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and be comfortable handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Process customer transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system - Maintain a clean and organized dining room - Assist with stocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels - Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services - Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales - Serving food and bussing tables Experience: - Prior experience in retail or customer service preferred - Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and transactions - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Fluency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous for multilingual customer interactions - Familiarity with technical sales or product knowledge is beneficial If you are enthusiastic about delivering top-notch customer service and thrive in a casual restaurant setting, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
