Front of House- Customer Service

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front of House member.
You will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

*Duties* - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the system - Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Assist with food preparation and ensure food safety standards are followed - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them effectively *Requirements* - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food industry - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a positive manner - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating order totals - Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.
