Position Summary:
As the Front Office Administrator Coordinator, your core responsibilities and duties revolve around supporting others.

Responsibilities of the Ideal Candidate:
Provide excellent customer service and support to the operations’ teams.
Answer phones and greet visitors
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
Collate and distribute in coming and outgoing mail
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping practices including A/R billing
Set up corporate and FIT rates
Review payroll details and provide required details to the payroll department
Conduct and track safety, including safety meetings, walks and incidents
Schedule, attend and lead front desk team meetings
Balance credit cards daily
Conduct inventory and order alcohol and gift shop items, office supplies, uniforms and name badges
Cover front desk shifts
Timely handle charge disputes and oversee night audit work
Assist in hiring, interviewing, train and onboarding new associates
Work within a close team of 5 and a bigger extended team.
Must be able to pay attention and multitask.
Must be self-motivating and able to work with little supervision.

Experience and Education:
2 Years of experience minimum.
Experience converting manual process to an automated paperless process is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
The minimum physical requirements for this position include but are not limited to:
Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds frequently to assist guests
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing to communicate with staff, vendors and guests a normal in-person and phone conversation
Ability to bend and twist, push and pull, stoop, and kneel
Ascend and descend a ladder
This position pays $20.
50 per hour.
