The Customer Relations Specialist who joins our team will help the Customer Service Department maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and consistently over deliver solutions to our customers.
The Customer Relations Specialist I is responsible for being the voice of Native Trails as they are the first contact with our customers.
They will be public facing and greet people at the front desk/showroom area at Native Trails corporate office in San Luis Obispo.
Lastly, they enter purchase orders, keep our customer management system up to date, solve issues/complaints, and work on various other projects in this fast paced and customer obsessed company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Eagerly and positively be the voice of Native Trails to our customers as the first contact with customers via in-person walk-ins, phone calls, social media, and e-mails.
Entering Purchase Orders from customers and shipping some orders out via USPS using a postage machine.
Keeping our public e-mail folders organized and following up with customers as needed.
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization.
Monitor visitor access while maintaining security awareness by greeting people entering business, directs and/or escorts persons to correct destination.
Provides general administrative and clerical support for the Customer Service Department.
Maintains and organizes the reception and showroom area at Native Trails corporate office.
Complete various other projects and tasks.
