Expect to:
• Play a vital role in helping someone thrive in their community
• Provide supervision, support, and companionship

• Assist with daily activities like meal prep, chores, and skill-building
Day Shifts:
• Assist the client by facilitating their ability to be out enjoying our community and outdoor activities safely.
• Provide transportation for groceries, medical appointments, community involvement etc.

• Plan and enjoy fun activities in the community, including day trips like visiting parks, the beach, museums etc.

• Provide assistance to create better infrastructure- such as working with hand in hand with care team to develop and build on build a care plan and to implement a better schedule.
Night Shifts:
• Overnight supervision with assistance in meals and light household chores
• Provide support in emergencies or sleeping difficulties
• Ensure adequate supervision via periodic checks on the client
