Established riding facility and barn is looking for a motivated, outgoing and reliable instructor OR instructor in training for our winter, spring, summer riding camps and weekly riding school.
We are also looking for a barn manager.

The right person will be:

*Attention to detail is a must
*Have a clean driving record with self transportation to and from work daily.
Minimum 18 years old and have three years riding experience.
We are willing to train the right candidate.
Compensation:
• Hourly pay, based on experience, performance and longevity / commitment to our work and mission, starting at $16.
50/hour for apprentice - $20/hour or potential profit split/commissions.

REQUIRED:
Available afternoons, weekends and the entire month of June 2024 in the mornings.
PARAMETERS:
Work with 6-12 school horses.
Work with clients approx.
5yo and up.
Horsemanship, ground work and grooming
Saddling, bridling, and wrapping legs.
Basic safety and walk/trot lessons.
Work with another instructor with 3+ riders, two additional instructors with 5+ riders.
We are insured, fully licensed and cover workman's compensation insurance.
